After unexpectedly successful Volta ao Porto Bywater CT suddenly found themselves in upper half of Top Division and stuck there for good for quite a long time. This wasn't the plan, so the management had to find people guilty of this state of things and treat them the way they deserved.
This was quite easy. It was clear that the whole mess was caused by Kasper Czechowski, Morgan Arendse and Riyad Hashim. They are all unemployed currently. Future Bywater CT riders, beware!
Once this was dealt with, the plan was changed. The team is in Top Division and should stay here (or come back really soon, if during next season Volta we drop a bit below the line). So new riders had to be found, who, this time according to plan, will be racing at the highest possible level.
Until more good riders come, the team will be concentrated on mountains and hills. Zack Davie, bought last season and trained a lot since then (and still training) will be captain on long climbs, while Herman Eagles, a rider bought recently from disbanded team Ursus RT, will go for hilly races with flat or nearly flat finish. Nearest racing plans include Babastro-Monte Perdu race for Davie and Essex Tour for Eagles, they will be riding separately in nearest future before hopefully joining forces during Germany Tour.
When it comes to team development, Zack Davie is currently no. 1 trainee and when he gets to his maximum Koos Zijlstra (a guy who fell from his bike when he was 3 years old, hit his head and apparently destroyed part of his brain responsible by fear, as he is really crazy when it comes to riding downhill) will get more attention, if this goes well, he also should be able to win soon.

lol
fired for wining too much... that's a new one!
In the month I'm here, yours is one of my favourite teams, but it seems to me that you are a bit "dictatorial" with your riders, haha.
